The Joys of Our Lady focuses on the seven joys of Mary as a counter to the well known seven sorrows of Mary. The seven joys are:

- The Presentation of Jesus in the Temple
- The finding of the boy Jesus in the Temple
- The Resurrection of Jesus
- The Assumption of Our Lady into Heaven
- The Crowning of Our Lady as Queen of Heaven
The Annunciation

The Birth of Jesus

Presentation of Jesus in the Temple
Mary and Joseph brought Jesus to present Him to the high priest; Simeon receives Him with great joy. Because he knows inside his heart that this is the One he has been waiting for. Also, he knows that the blessing of Heaven is unfolding upon Jesus, Consequently, the prophetic words; “This Child will see the rise and fall of many” are uttered.
Finding of the boy Jesus in the Temple
Mary and Joseph went to Jerusalem for the Feast of the Passover. Also, when Jesus was twelve years old, he went up with them. After the festival was over, they returned, but Jesus remained in Jerusalem. Therefore, Mary and Joseph were worried as they went back to Jerusalem, searching for him; They found him in the temple, sitting among the teachers, Listening to them and asking questions.
The Resurrection of Jesus
The women went to the tomb on the first day of the week, at dawn, The stone was rolled away from the opening. So, they entered, The body of the Lord Jesus was not there. They were amazed. Suddenly, two men in dazzling garments stood before them “Why look for the living among the dead? You won’t find him here. He is risen.
The Assumption of Our Lady into Heaven
When it was time for Mary to leave behind her legacy of love. She went on in the fulfilment of the will of God the Father. To be inside Heaven opening up; her flesh being renewed, her spirit refreshed forever. Mary ascended upwardly. Consequently, she was consumed in the Light
Crowning of Our Lady Queen of Heaven
Jesus placed the crown of Heaven on Mary’s head in the gaze of God the Father. Love flowed around her in the power of the Holy Spirit. In addition, all of Heaven was in awe and reverence in the stillness. Mary is crowned Queen of Heaven. In conclusion, Mary wants to be Queen of all of our hearts
